(Executive Coach)
I absolutely loved the clear diagnosis and explanation provided by my therapist as it helped me to understand how I could contribute myself to ensure the pain reduces. Denis helped me to develop a dedicated muscle training program, based on which I was able to go back to play football regularly only a few weeks after I had visited PhysioActive.
Pain, whether short-term or chronic, is more than just an irritant – it can diminish your quality of life. It is easy to become consumed by your pain, foregoing life’s pleasures like family and recreation. Pain can even limit your work life.
Don’t let pain take over your life.

We provide a number of treatment options including:
Our People
We believe that we must have the best staff in order to provide you with optimal care. Our international team is educated, trained, and experienced in both traditional and novel physiotherapy techniques and are dedicated to offering professional treatment to get you in peak condition and at optimal performance.
An activity that places an unaccustomed load on your muscles may lead to delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). This type of soreness develops as a result of safe, microscopic damage to your muscle fibres. During this time, your muscles may be tender to touch and feel tight and achy. Movement may be uncomfortable but DOMS should only last 3-5 days.
In contrast to muscular soreness, pain can be experienced with or without an activity. This may feel sharp and could be located in your muscles or joints. A pain may linger without going away fully even after a period of rest. This may be indicative of an injury.
Your physiotherapist can provide pain relief through a variety of treatment techniques, such as:
Shockwave therapy
Dry needling
Manual therapy
Clinical massage
Exercise therapy
Ultrasound
Electrotherapy
Thermotherapy & Cryotherapy
Taping & Strapping
In the case of musculoskeletal pain/injury, a physiotherapist will often possess a more extensive set of skills and is able to offer immediate treatment.
Should your pain not fall under our expertise, we can also refer you to our network of medical specialists, ensuring that you get the best care.
We often assume pain is a normal part of aging that we just have to learn to live with but this is not true.
Our bones may deteriorate over time due to wear and tear, typically in our hip, knees and feet. However, chronic pain that exists every day for at least six months could be very much due to other factors such as lifestyle choices.
Pain is not normal, nor is it a part and parcel of life. Get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan today if you suffer from pain.
A pain may sometimes signal something worse so it is always best to have it checked.
Chronic pain can also impact your quality of life when you stop doing things that you enjoy, e.g. playing sports and hanging out with friends.
Take charge of your pain and live a pain-free life you deserve today.
