A recipient of the Ministry of Health healthcare scholarship, Dew graduated from the University of Queensland in 2015, and spent more than half a decade working in a public hospital setting.
This set the foundation for exposure to a wide array of clinical experience. During her time there, Dew regularly worked with clients presenting with conditions such as back and neck pain, shoulder and knee injuries, as well as other pre and post operative conditions.
Apart from leading the orthopedic team and mentoring younger colleagues, Dew served as a clinical educator for physiotherapy students in their final year of placements. She was also part of the medical team for Team Singapore at the 2019 SEA Games, providing onsite physiotherapy care for athletes.
Having been part of various sporting teams since she was 10, Dew enjoys keeping active and being part of a team. She remains partial to basketball, having competed at inter-school to national levels. These days, she enjoys a good work out and spending time with her loved ones.
Dew readily takes on a hands-on approach when working with her clients. Combining various forms of manual therapy with appropriate-level exercise prescription, she aims to facilitate healing while empowering clients on their journeys to recovery.
