Jennifer joined PhysioActive as an Assistant Clinic Manager in December 2021. Having spent 18 years in the aviation and travel retail industries doing consumer events and marketing, she brings with her a wealth of experience in customer service, marketing and operations management. She possesses a great aptitude for service excellence and is an advocate for person-centered healing and recovery approaches. With a passion in promoting mental health, Jennifer is also a counsellor in-training and is currently pursuing her Masters in Counselling.
In her free time, you can find Jennifer shuttling between Zumba workouts, good food hunting and catching up on the latest Netflix shows.
