I saw Dr Peh Yan Soo for Physiotherapy to address my hip and back pain.
As a follow-up, I did private Pilates sessions with her whereby she gave me exercises to strengthen my back, hips, and legs. Since then, my back and hips have not ached as much and I have also continued with Pilates to continue strengthening my muscles.
Rehab Pilates is good for anyone who is experiencing pain or recovering from any injuries so as to strengthen the muscles in a proper and safe way.
